Bulk Beef Jerky isn????????t your regular average quality beef jerky; we decided to go one step further and source the highest quality beef jerky we could find. We have used topside beef which is more expensive, but leaner, zero fat marbling and a lot more tender than silverside. To help it taste as good as good as it does, natural marinating ingredients have been used. We can be sure that our beef jerky not only tastes better, but the quality will exceed any of the others you can find on the market. In one 100g bag of Beef Jerky there is a huge 260g of freshly marinated topside beef. Every bag has 60g of protein in as well as only 1.9g saturated fat. The beef used is only sourced from grass fed cows in the UK and has passed the highest standards whilst being fully traceable.

Beef topside (equivalent to 260g of freshly marinated beef), Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Worcester Sauce (BARLEY, FISH), SOY Sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), Honey, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Coriander, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Mixed Spices.
Beef Jerky can be eaten straight from the pack. Once opened please discard all packaging and allow to breathe for at least 15-20 min for max flavour and texture. Store in a cool dry place and eat within 3 days of opening or refrigerate and eat within 7 days. Storage: Ambient (away from direct heat).
