Consists of Dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg up to 30kg (12 pairs) a fully adjustable bench, a 7ft Olympic bar and a 4 ft E/Z bar and 150kg of plates, (4 x 20kg, 2 x15kg, 2 x 10kg & 4 x5k)
