The long and short of it is, it bloody works. As it says on the Tin. I take mine with a black coffee before sitting down to work, I don't feel anything in particular but what I do notice is that I have zoned out and smashed through a lot of my todo list long before I thought I would have. Seems to help me slip into that productive / focused zone.
Looking forward to getting out of this lockdown and trying it out when I go kayaking.
Can only reccomend it, just about to order my next months worth.

First came across this a few years ago, seeing it recommended by various bodybuilders to help post training recovery.
Used it after evening sessions for a while, then started to try in the morning with coffee as suggested on the directions to help concentration with work and alleviate general life stresses and that's how I've continued to use it.
Tried going without it for a while every now and then and just take ashwagandha as a cheaper option but definitely notice the difference not having this. Consider it an incredible supplement for supporting a heavy training schedule aswell as any stressful periods in life, particularly for anyone who suffers with seasonal affective disorder type symptoms as just added it back in as the seasons are changing when I feel a dip in mood and its doing wonders.

I have used this on & off for 2 years now & I can honestly say this is truly a powerful product!
I used to take 4 tabs a day (2 for breakfast, 2 for dinner) & it gave me a very baseline effect of small to no cravings for sugar.
I recently bought a batch & decided to change the dose to what's on the tub. So I now do 2 tabs for breakfast, 1 for lunch & 2 for dinner. The effects are profound!!! I think it makes me pee a lot, most likely due to breakdown of fluids in the fat cells.

I honestly cannot praise this product enough. I have always had extremely painful periods, which have stopped me from being able to workout or sometimes get out of bed; ever since I started taking P-5-P around 4 months ago, I’ve notice an insane difference in my symptoms.
