Plantrition Omega 3 vegan contains a unique combination of a high-dose, plant-based algae oil. It is also made from a cold-pressed olive oil as an antioxidant from organic farming.

The recommended daily dose is 5 ml, which is equivalent to one teaspoon. The dosage can be easily measured with the enclosed dosing cup.
