The long and short of it is, it bloody works. As it says on the Tin. I take mine with a black coffee before sitting down to work, I don't feel anything in particular but what I do notice is that I have zoned out and smashed through a lot of my todo list long before I thought I would have. Seems to help me slip into that productive / focused zone.

Looking forward to getting out of this lockdown and trying it out when I go kayaking.

I have used this on & off for 2 years now & I can honestly say this is truly a powerful product!
I used to take 4 tabs a day (2 for breakfast, 2 for dinner) & it gave me a very baseline effect of small to no cravings for sugar.
I recently bought a batch & decided to change the dose to what's on the tub. So I now do 2 tabs for breakfast, 1 for lunch & 2 for dinner. The effects are profound!!! I think it makes me pee a lot, most likely due to breakdown of fluids in the fat cells.
